BRITISH Royal Marines K/C Gilt/Silver Officer Hat Badge (KK2098 Similar)

A great example of a circa WW2 RM Officer Hat Badge. This badge has been made in one piece (crown not separate). It has been well constructed with a cast gilt main body, then a silver globe is screwed onto this with a nut recessed inside the domed part.

Excellent condition, and a very interesting addition to a RM insignia collection.
